Environmentally friendly materials: bio-based flooring, no VOC emitting paint, uni-colored linoleum / cork wall covering and aluminum drapery provide rich texture for the minimalist palette. Energy-efficient lighting with T5 fluorescents and self ballasted metal halide lamps uses 1.5 watts per foot. A myriad of storage spaces of different sizes house the designers’ swatches, accessories and books.
